When you sign up for the Wine Club, you agree to a minimum membership of one year (four shipments). If you request cancellation before one year (four shipments), you agree to be charged a $100 cancellation fee to cover the cost of perks enjoyed during your membership. Cancellations are not granted after your credit card has been charged for a shipment.
You are responsible for any adjusted shipping requests, including temperature-controlled, expedited, reroutes, and returns. All wine deliveries or pick-ups require a signature by a person over the age of 21.
If you choose to pick up your shipment but neglect to do so within 30 days of the release date, shipping charges will be applied to your account and your wine will be shipped to the listed shipping address (Amor Fati & Dens Clavus club members are excluded from shipping charges).
